These terms govern the provision of multi-cloud architecture and AI integration consultancy services delivered by DaPost AI.

All architectural deliverables, migration scripts, and custom orchestration pipelines deployed across Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure remain subject to agreed enterprise scopes and license agreements. Clients retain full ownership of proprietary operational data while granting necessary temporary access required for infrastructure reliability assessments and AI workload optimization.

Limitation of liability is defined by standard commercial agreements executed prior to deployment. DaPost AI provides technical consulting and implementation services without assuming operational control of production workloads beyond explicit managed services contracts.
